Mauldin got pinned on the bottom of the pile before several bodies fell on his head. He initially attempted to stand up but quickly collapsed to the ground.
Mauldin remained on the turf for several minutes before he was immobilized and lifted on a stretcher by trainers with 12:49 left in the fourth quarter.
